11/7 Vodka Sauce and Sausage Lasagna with Cheesy Garlic Focaccia

Layers of fresh pasta, our house vodka sauce, house made ricotta, mozzarella, sweet Italian sausage, and Parmesan cheese. Comes with cheesy garlic focaccia. 

11/21 Ragu Bianco with Pappardelle and Cheesy Garlic Focaccia

Everything you love about Bolognese except no tomato! Ground pork and pancetta are the star of the show with fragrant garlic, onions, herbs, and white wine as supporting characters. A splash of cream completes the savory meaty ragu making it the perfect winter pasta dish.

12/12 Braised Short Rib Ravioli with Brown Butter and Crispy Sage

Featuring slow braised short rib filling flavored with herbs and red wine. Glazed with a beautiful house made brown butter infused with earthy porcini mushrooms (actual mushrooms very minimal, they're used to infuse savory flavor into the butter sauce). Topped with grated parm and balsamic drizzle and fried sage. Comes with cheesy focaccia. 

12/19 Poblano and Smoked Gouda Ricotta Gnocchi with Cheesy Garlic Focaccia

This dish pairs our popular ricotta gnocchi with a decadent Roasted Poblano Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce. The smoky heat of roasted poblano peppers and the rich creaminess of smoked gouda cheese work together in perfect harmony. Comes with cheesy focaccia.
