11/8 Sweet Italian Sausage Lasagna

Layers of fresh egg noodles, house ricotta, sweet italian sausage, mozzarella, and red sauce.  Comes with cheesy focaccia. 

11/22 Ricotta Gnocchi al Bleu de Aoste

Our classic ricotta gnocchi tossed in a dreamy creamy blue cheese sauce inspired by my recent travel to the Aosta Valley. Drizzled with a puree of deeply caramelized onion. Comes with cheesy focaccia. 

12/6 Butternut Squash and Braised Shallot Ravioli Doppio

Dual filled ravioli tossed in a rich brown butter sauce and topped with toasted walnuts and grated parmesan. Comes with cheesy focaccia. 

12/20 Creamy Gochujang Spaghetti with Furikake Breadcrumb and Scallions

A perfectly sweet and spicy combination of tomato, cream, and korean gochujang. Topped with seasoned crispy breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and scallions. Comes with cheesy focaccia.
