Our Spring 2026 Menus:

4/4 Herb Laminated Pappardelle with Brown Butter, Crispy Prosciutto, Bread Crumbs, Parmesan, and Cheesy Garlic Focaccia

We layer hand picked basil, parsley, and sage in between two thin sheets of fresh egg pasta and laminate to encase the herbs creating a flavorful and beautiful noodle. We're pairing this delicate noodle with a simple brown butter sauce so that the fragrant herby pasta can shine. Crispy prosciutto and bread crumbs add salty crunchy dimension to the dish and of course we can't eat pasta without a little sprinkle of cheese! Another stunning dish you won't find in many restaurants. Comes with a slab of our cheesy garlic focaccia. 

4/18 Ricotta Gnocchi with Basil Pesto, Burrata, and Crispy Pancetta

Our famous ricotta gnocchi made with our house made ricotta - it makes all the difference. The gnocchi are nestled in a generous swirl of homemade basil pesto, with crispy pancetta scattered throughout. The dish is finished with an individual ball of burrata on each plate, which is gently sliced open to reveal its creamy interior, allowing it to mingle beautifully with the other components. Comes with cheesy focaccia. 

5/2 Hand Cut Spaghetti with Garlic Miso Cream, Crispy Bread Crumbs, and Cheesy Garlic Focaccia

Our perfectly chewy hand cut spaghetti is doused in a creamy, umami, buttery sauce made with tons of roasted garlic, white miso paste, cream, and parmesan. It's topped with some buttery crunchy panko bread crumbs for the perfect bite. Comes with cheesy focaccia!

Our annual Mother's Day lobster ravioli are back! Featuring fresh Maine lobster from Skipper's Bay Lobster Co. directly from York, Maine. Our decadent lobster ravioli are the perfect meal to share with the moms in your life. Flowers are great, but what mom really wants is for you to cook her dinner. We can help with that!Yes, it will be delivered after Mother's Day but letting mom know you've got dinner covered later in the month will make the perfect gift.  Comes with cheesy focaccia.
