For the first time EVER Mostly Pasta is offering our pan fried chicken cutlets! These cutlets are pounded thin and then battered with seasoned panko, fried til golden brown and topped with red sauce and broiled fresh mozzarella. Enjoy our take on this classic with our well loved hand cut pappardelle. There will be air-fryer and oven instructions for reheating the chicken cutlets.
