We layer hand picked basil, parsley, and sage in between two thin sheets of fresh egg pasta and laminate to encase the herbs creating a flavorful and beautiful noodle. We're pairing this delicate noodle with a simple brown butter sauce so that the fragrant herby pasta can shine. Crispy prosciutto and bread crumbs add salty crunchy dimension to the dish and of course we can't eat pasta without a little sprinkle of cheese! Another stunning dish you won't find in many restaurants.
