Our famous ricotta gnocchi made with our house made ricotta - it makes all the difference. The gnocchi are nestled in a generous swirl of homemade basil pesto, with crispy pancetta scattered throughout. The dish is finished with an individual ball of burrata on each plate, which is gently sliced open to reveal its creamy interior, allowing it to mingle beautifully with the other components. Comes with cheesy focaccia.
