11/18 Supper Club - Braised Short Rib Ravioli with Umami Butter, Fried Sage, Parm, Balsamic Drizzle, and Cheesy Garlic Bread Focaccia
We can't wait for you to try this special menu featuring slow braised short rib filling flavored with herbs and red wine. Glazed with a beautiful house made umami butter infused with earthy porcini mushrooms (actual mushrooms very minimal, they're used to infuse savory flavor into the butter sauce). Topped with grated parm and balsamic drizzle for a pop of acid and fried sage for decadence and crunch. Serve with warm cheesy garlic bread focaccia on the side for a complete and satisfying meal.
