Our house made ricotta is the secret ingredient to perfectly pillowy gnocchi. The gnocchi are paired with a dreamy creamy truffle mushroom brie sauce using caramelized mushrooms and double cream brie with a dash of truffle oil and topped with crispy buttery bread crumbs. You'll need the focaccia to sop up every bit of this sauce.
