11/4 Supper Club - Ricotta Gnocchi alla Vodka with Italian Sausage, House Made Fresh Mozzarella, and Cheesy Garlic Bread Focaccia
Made with our house made whole milk ricotta, this classic dish combines the soft and airy texture of ricotta gnocchi with the savory flavor of Italian sausage and the richness of our vodka cream sauce. Top it off with our decadent house made fresh mozzarella for the perfect cozy dinner at home.

11/18 Supper Club - Braised Short Rib Ravioli with Umami Butter, Fried Sage, Parm, Balsamic Drizzle, and Cheesy Garlic Bread Focaccia
We can't wait for you to try this special menu featuring slow braised short rib filling flavored with herbs and red wine. Glazed with a beautiful house made umami butter infused with earthy porcini mushrooms (actual mushrooms very minimal, they're used to infuse savory flavor into the butter sauce). Topped with grated parm and balsamic drizzle for a pop of acid and fried sage for decadence and crunch. Serve with warm cheesy garlic bread focaccia on the side for a complete and satisfying meal.

Layers of tender fresh pasta, savory beef filling, home made ricotta, béchamel, and grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. This tray will serve 2 generous portions and you'll have leftovers. Plenty of cheesy garlic bread focaccia to sop up all that saucy goodness.
