Our lasagna is made with fresh pasta sheets, house made ricotta, house made red sauce, whole milk mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Preheat your oven to 400º and remove the cardboard lid from your lasagna container.
Bake the lasagna in it's existing tin container for 40-50 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the center is hot.
Once the lasagna is baked, remove from the oven and set on the counter to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Fresh lasagnas must be baked within 24 hours of purchase or frozen in an airtight container.
Frozen lasagnas should be baked right out of the freezer, no need to thaw prior to heating.
Frozen lasagnas will keep for 3 months.
