Virtual Ricotta Gnocchi Alla Vodka Class

Join Mia for an online cooking class where you'll learn to make a complete pasta dinner.

All proceeds from this class will be donated to Soul Fire Farm, a BIPOC*-centered community farm committed to ending racism and injustice in the food system. Their food sovereignty programs reach over 10,000 people each year including farmer training for black and brown growers, reparations and land return initiatives for northeastern farmers, food justice workshops for urban youth, home gardens for city-dwellers living under food apartheid, doorstep harvest delivery for food insecure households, and systems and policy education for public decision-makers.

First, you will learn to make your very own fresh ricotta cheese from scratch. Then Mia will walk you through making and shaping your own homemade ricotta gnocchi with a creamy comforting vodka sauce. No special equipment is needed.​

Ingredient and equipment lists will be distributed in the confirmation email once you sign up. Tickets are Pay-What-You-Wish with a $20 suggested donation for this class and are per device so feel free to have anyone from your household join in! The class will be recorded and distributed to all who register so don't worry if you can't join live, you can still follow along at your leisure.
