Herbed Pasta Dough Workshop

Beginner: As Lizzo once said, love looks better in color. In this workshop we will use herbs and other vegetables to naturally flavor and color our pasta dough. Spinach, arugala, and basil create fragrant green doughs, while beets make normal egg pasta look bright red and add an earthy flavor.
